Indian Transformers and Electricals PVt. Ltd manufacture a wide range of LT Panels as per Indian Standards.

  • L.T.Bus Ducts
  • Load Sharing Panels
  • VFD Panels
  • PLC or Synchronizing Panels
  • Feeder Pillars

We offer Panels with diverse specification options for a highly customzed panels upto 6300 amps having fixed and draw out types, including single/double front type. The LT Panels conform to IS 8623-part 1:1993 & IEC 439-1:1985.

Our panels are designed to withstand high humidity, temperature, ambient service conditions and short circuits levels & these make our panels an ideal choice.

Our panels provides superior control & protection of low voltage power equipment & circuits in utility, industrial, commercial installations involving generators, motors, feeder circuits and distribution.

LT Panels

An electrical distribution board that receives power from generator or transformer and distributes the same to various electronic devices and distribution boards. Such panels are used in industries both for internal and external use and therewfore are quite rugged to withsatnd different climatic conditions. Our LT Panels are designed to work with low electricity consumption that makes them cost effective.

Sychronizing Panels

These panels work between two or more different power sources like DG sets to manage power supply. Synchronization helps in making different DG sets behave as a virtual single unit and eliminates sub-division of total load. It helps in transferring loas from one unit to another as during service period, so that the unit requiring service can be easily shut off. In this way the critical load need not be interrupted and there is no production loss. During low load we can run any single unit and synchronize more units as the load increases automatically.

Salient Features

Automatic Power Factor Control Panels (APFC)

We manufacture APFC Panels of capacity upto 20 - 1000 KVAR or as per customer's requirement conforming to IS:13585 Part-I/1994

Most of the commercial and industrial installations in the country have large electrical loads which are mostly inductive in nature. Such loads like motors, big machines, air conditioners, drives, etc. result in a severely lagging power factor. This means loss and wastage of energy and heavy penalties by electricity boards. In case of fixed loads this can be taken care by manual switching of capacitors.

However, in case of rapidly varying and scattered loads it becomes difficult to maintain a high power factor by manually switching on/off capacitors in proportion to variation of load within an installation. This drawback is overcome by using an APFC Panel which not only maintains a high power factor but also eliminates the need for constant manual intervention.

Salient Features

  • Designed with the concept of modularity which allows upgrading of KVAR rating as when required
  • Incomer ACB / MCCB for connection to the mains
  • Advanced microprocessor based relay used to ensure real time power factor correction in the installation
  • Current limiting contractors specially designed for capacitor switch (Optional)
  • Specifically designed, user friendly and dust & vermin proof modules
  • Flush mounted meters to indicate line voltage & current rovision of incomer cable from top and bottom
  • Efficient performance trans air exhaust fan for cooling
  • Low loss single/three phase MPP capacitors housed in aluminum cans
  • Also low loss three phase APP capacitors housed in CRCA cans (Optional)
  • Heavy Duty capacitors for jerking loads

  • Economical with faster payback periods
  • Ability to maintain a constant high power factor
  • Eliminates low power factor penalties levied by Electricity Board
  • Reduces the KVA demand charges
  • Improves efficiency of the system by reducing losses
  • Prevents leading power factor in the installation during low load conditions
